What is IOSA and Why Does It Matter?
IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) is the global benchmark for airline operational safety and quality assurance. The Regulatory and Programme Framework
IOSA operates under IATA‘s global safety oversight framework and is mandatory for IATA member airlines.
